Excellent Bangkok Stay

The reception team offered a quick check-in after my flight. I found the suite to be quite large with comfortable living and sleeping areas. The 18th floor features a spa, a good gym, and a swimming pool with an infinity pool view.
I noticed that the room was smaller than expected.

The breakfast buffet includes many options covering several cuisines. Adding breakfast is worth the cost. I saw sushi, ramen, korean bbq and thai food.

The staff provided an really good service. they accommodated my early check in. The hotel amenities are great. the rooms were spacious and clean! i will consider staying here again when i visit.
the pillows were terrible and the light that came through the top of the curtains made it tricky to sleep.

the location was perfect for exploring the city! there were coffee shops and restaurants nearby. the area was safe and walkable! though the parking was expensive. the hotel offered easy access to various attractions.

fine staffstale breadslow service
the staff seemed fine, i guess. nothing really stood out, but they did their jobs.
i was annoyed by the room service. i ordered a club sandwich one night, it arrived over an hour later! the bread was stale and the chicken was dry, it was completely inedible. i complained, and they just shrugged, acting like it was normal, i was furious!!
